At Nudaé, we are committed to delivering your skincare products quickly, reliably, and with care. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions of how we process, dispatch, and deliver your orders. We aim to be transparent in our practices and ensure you have full confidence when shopping with us.
Order Processing
Once your order is successfully placed through our website, it enters our system for fulfillment. We typically process all orders within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed before 12 PM UK time on a business day are often prepared and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time, or during weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next available working day.
After processing, a confirmation email is sent containing your order details. Once your items have been dispatched, you will receive another email with a tracking link so you can monitor the progress of your parcel.
Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom)
All orders are shipped from our UK warehouse. We work with trusted courier partners, including Royal Mail, DPD, and Evri, to ensure that your package arrives safely and on time. Our standard delivery timeframe within the UK is between two to four business days, depending on your location.
Please note that although we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, there may be occasional delays due to high volume periods, seasonal demand, adverse weather conditions, or operational challenges within courier networks. If you experience any delays, we encourage you to check your tracking link or contact our customer support team.
Shipping Costs and Free Shipping Threshold
For orders within the UK, we offer complimentary shipping for all orders over £35. Orders below this threshold are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee of £3.95, which will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.
The free shipping offer is automatically applied at checkout when your order meets the minimum requirement. You do not need to enter a separate discount code.
International Shipping
At this time, Nudaé primarily serves customers within the United Kingdom. However, we are exploring options to expand our shipping capabilities to selected international regions. If you are located outside the UK and wish to place an order, please reach out to our support team at support@heynudae.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
When international shipping becomes available, customers should be aware that additional customs duties, import taxes, and fees may apply based on your destination country's policies. These charges are not included in your purchase price and must be covered by the recipient. We will provide all necessary shipping documentation with your parcel to help facilitate customs clearance.
Delivery Issues and Missed Deliveries
We understand how important it is for your skincare products to arrive on time. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with neighbours or your local delivery depot. Occasionally, couriers may leave parcels in safe locations or with a building concierge.
If your parcel cannot be delivered due to incorrect shipping information, refusal by the recipient, or multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, it may be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery, which may incur an additional shipping charge.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order to avoid delivery issues. Nudaé is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Packaging and Sustainability
All Nudaé orders are carefully packaged using eco-conscious materials whenever possible. Our aim is to minimize environmental impact while ensuring that your products arrive in excellent condition. Your order will be securely packed to protect the contents from damage during transit. In rare cases of damage during delivery, please contact us with photos so we can assist with a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Delivery During Peak Periods
During busier times such as the holiday season, Black Friday, and promotional sales, order volumes tend to increase significantly. While we work diligently to maintain our usual processing and shipping timelines, there may be short delays. We advise placing your order early to ensure timely delivery during these periods.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a link to your tracking number. This will allow you to follow the journey of your parcel in real time. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch, especially during weekends or public holidays.
