If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward and transparent return policy designed to make your experience as smooth as possible.
Our Promise to You
We are confident that the Nudaé Skin Reset System™ will help you achieve calmer, healthier-looking skin. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of delivery. Our 7-Day Glow Guarantee allows you to try the product risk-free. If you do not notice visible improvements in your skin, we will issue you a full refund, no questions asked.
Please note that this guarantee applies only to first-time purchases of the Nudaé Skin Reset System™ and is limited to one refund per customer. This policy is in place to ensure fairness and to protect against abuse.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must have been purchased directly from our official website at heynudae.com. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products bought from unauthorized retailers or third-party websites.
You must request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. After this period, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. The product should be returned with its original packaging, and ideally with no more than one-third of the contents used. We understand that trying the product is necessary, but we kindly ask that returns are made with reasonable usage.
How to Initiate a Return
To start your return, please contact our customer support team at support@heynudae.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with further instructions, including the return shipping address and any necessary documentation.
We recommend that you use a tracked delivery service to ensure that the returned product arrives safely at our warehouse. We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or in error.
Refund Process
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
In cases where the return is not approved—for example, if the item is excessively used or returned outside the eligible window—we will notify you with the reason and, if applicable, return the product to you.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to try a different item, we recommend returning your original purchase for a refund and placing a new order separately.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@heynudae.com. Include your order number and photographs of the issue. We will resolve the matter promptly, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
