1. Is the Skin Reset System™ safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. Every formula in the Nudaé Skin Reset System™ is dermatologist-tested and specifically designed for sensitive, reactive, and overstimulated skin. We exclude fragrance, alcohol, and essential oils to minimize the risk of irritation.

2. Can I use the system with other skincare products?

We recommend using the Nudaé Skin Reset System™ exclusively for at least 7 days to give your skin a full reset. Once your skin has calmed and rebalanced, you can slowly reintroduce other products if necessary.

3. Will I experience peeling, purging, or breakouts?

Our formulas are gentle and non-disruptive. Most users report noticeably calmer and smoother skin without peeling or purging. However, individual reactions may vary. If irritation occurs, reduce usage or consult with a dermatologist.

4. How long does shipping take?

We ship from our UK warehouse. Standard delivery typically takes 2–4 business days. Orders over £35 qualify for free shipping.

5. Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship within the UK. However, we are actively working on expanding our shipping options. Sign up for our newsletter to stay updated.

6. What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, simply email us at support@heynudae.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll help you return your product for a full refund.

7. Can I buy individual products from the kit?

Currently, the Clarity Peel, Calm Drop, and Barrier Seal are only available as part of the full Skin Reset System™. We may offer individual items in the future.

8. How do I use the system?

The routine is simple: Step 1: Clarity Peel (2x/week, PM) – Apply to clean skin, wait 5–10 mins, rinse. Step 2: Calm Drop (every night) – Apply 3–4 drops to damp skin. Step 3: Barrier Seal (every night) – Lock in hydration and protect the skin barrier.

A 7-day guide is included in every kit for detailed instructions.

9. How long does one kit last?

Each product contains 30ml, which typically lasts 4–6 weeks depending on usage.

10. Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes. All Nudaé products are 100% vegan and never tested on animals.

11. Do your products contain parabens or sulfates?

No. Our formulas are free from parabens, sulfates, silicones, drying alcohols, and essential oils.

12. What should I do if I have an allergic reaction?

Discontinue use immediately and rinse your skin with cool water. If symptoms persist, please consult a medical professional. You can also reach out to our team for support.

13. Can I use the Skin Reset System™ while pregnant or breastfeeding?

Our products are gentle, but we recommend consulting your doctor before introducing any new skincare during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

14. How can I track my order?

15. Is it normal for my skin to tingle when using Clarity Peel?

A mild tingling sensation is normal due to the exfoliating acids. If the sensation becomes uncomfortable, rinse off immediately and reduce frequency of use.
